Living with Back Pain

life is very short but we keep ourselves healthy.i pray for every one to live healthy,i tell u about my story two years ago suddenly i became sick.first i got cold ,for me at past its not serious disease so i thik that got well soon ofter three days but every day i become bad and bad not good ,then alot of pains come in my body one day i got thootacche da other day i feel that iam sore throat and ofter that i cant breath,i feel that iam dying every every desease come .o my god what happened on me.i always think,i think that all world is sick like me.and my deprsion is every day become more every day when i go for rest i cant rest alot pains come in my body back pain i cant breat heart burn etc,,,up to morning i cant sleep when i went to sleep in very dificulty then i see bad dream very much bad dreams ,in dream some one kill me or bit shortly from that rest is good that i cant sleep,hardly i sleep 2 or 3 hours i went to alot of docters they didnt found my disease .every drug not working on me drug work bad and bad i feel that my head my hand my mouth is very heavy i cant talk with any one ….shortly i cant tell you how much pain i have,every one think that i die,one year i was sick very much all day i use drugs and then i pray for my god i am crying for allah my almighty god that give me health and i believe in my allah that one day come i become fine,suddenly every day i become better without any drug and now in this one year i become completley fine i cant believe i dont have a little illness ,i dont have less headache,i know that its my believe that iam healthy ,i dont believe in drugs i believe in my Allah my almighty god.that he see everyone he listen to every one ,,,,,,,,,,,,,if u want to become healthy you too pray morning in the evening for god with completely belivness,and i thank iam very thankfull from god ……………………………
