Big left testicle

i used to take this stuff called red ginseng and i would double the dosage. i felt pain in my left testicle i decided to touch it and i felt it kind of popped or penetrated it then i started feeling liquid running down my left testicle. this happen about a month ago. now my left testicle feels big and hard even though i still ejaculate sperm. i know this is serious but i really don’t have the health insurance to be going to a urologist but can you please explain to me what happened? thank you for your time.
