To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Headaches and Baby While taking care of a baby is not easy, you need to remember to take good care of yourself. I know beacuse I have a little one at home who is one month old and I am only eighteen years old. For the past three days I have had a headache. I was looking up on the internet about some of the causes. Now with a new baby at home you may not get as much sleep as you would like to so that is why it is very important for you to rest when your baby is. When my baby is sleeping, that is the time I will usually eat if I am hungry. You also should make sure to eat when you are hungry, sleep when baby is, and make sure you have some one to help you at home. My boyfriend takes care of the baby on the days/nights he has off from work and will sometimes take her for a ride in the car. It makes it alot easier because I have to work on the weekends so during those nights he will get up with her. I do the same for him on the nights he has to work. The last few days I have had a headache that just feels like it won’t go away. It may be due to the fact that I have not been sleeping and not eating well. Remember, not only do you need to take care of your baby/children, but you also need to take care of yourself because if you don’t it will catch up with you just like it has with me. now I know to take better care of my self such as: When I don’t get enough sleep I end up feeling sick later on during the day and if I sleep I feel better. So remember, it is important to to sleep as needed because if you don’t get enough sleep, you are likely to get sick more often such as the flu or cold. Comments
