I was kept overnight and given a number of tests, example, EKG blood tests and so on. That night a Doctor came by my room and told me that I had nothing more than acid reflux….I was embarrassed and annoyed and wanted to sign myself out of the hospital, but my husband talked me in too staying. The next morning I was given a stress test….I almost had a heart attack right on the treadmill….my blood pressure went extremly high and my heart was pounding. It turned out that I had 1 artery 99% blocked and 2 60% blocked. I was rushed to the OR and stents were placed in my arteries. The moral of my story is, listen to what your body is telling you. You know if you are not feeling right. Comments
